Driving License
The most common entitlement to drive a vehicle is driving license cat. B
This document gives you the right to drive a road vehicle which load weight permission is not higher than 3,5 t except for a bus or a motorbike and such vehicle with trailer that its load weight permission is not higher than load weight permission of the vehicle itself unless these vehicles’ load weight permission is higher than 3,5 t, and also a tractor and a low-speed vehicle.
Circumstances of obtaining the driving license
- parent’s agreement – if candidate starts his training three months before his 18th birthday.
- doctor’s statement about no health contraindication against ability to drive a vehicle
- undergoing the training ( e.g. in our OSK “ELMOT” )
- passing the public examination
The exchange
To exchange the driving license it is needed to introduce the documents:
- application form for the exchange of the driving license
- one photo size of 3,5 x 4,5 cm
- order form with own hand personal signature
- confirmation of paying the charge of 70 zł
- for the insight : identity card, old driving license
Validity of polish driving license in other countries
On the basis of art.41 of International Convent of the traffic signed in Vienna on 08.11.1968
